Data Retention & Deletion
CommodityAI applies strict retention controls for EU data residency customers.Retention
- Documents and processed outputs are deleted according to customer-defined retention periods
- Zero Data Retention (ZDR) available for Enterprise customers, with automatic deletion within 24 hours
- All stored data encrypted using AES-256; all transfers secured via TLS 1.2+
Deletion
- Deletion is automatic and irreversible upon retention period expiration
- No backups or archives of customer document data are retained beyond the configured window
- Cached data and logs containing customer content follow the same retention policy
